An AMBER Alert has been issued for 15-year-old Isaiah Kavin Owens, a Black male who was reportedly abducted. Authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant and immediately report any sightings.
According to the alert, the suspect has been identified as Kenneth Lee Brantley. Officials believe he may be traveling toward South Carolina from New Bern. The vehicle associated with the case is a black 2012 GMC Yukon bearing South Carolina license plate SC XFH752, last seen heading in the direction of Marion, South Carolina.
Law enforcement officials have emphasized that the suspect should not be approached under any circumstances. Anyone who spots the vehicle, the missing child, or the suspect is urged to call 911 immediately.
